"A successful marketing campaign is not something that is generic and it must be individually tailored to the accomplishments, experience and expertise of the individual candidate while, at the same time, taking into account the needs of the targeted employer," Norman explained. "They need to see in you a wise man or woman who understands the problems they face and can get the job done in a way that is above and beyond expectation."
