Patti Livingston of Transformational Dynamics for Conscious Living, LLC, is selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

With my position, my ability to successfully coach others developed.

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Patti Livingston as a 2017-2018 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members, a thriving eChapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to welcome Patti into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

Patti Livingston has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and has never backed down from a professional or personal challenge. A highly determined business woman, she has owned and operated several successful businesses for more than 30 years. She has also been inspired by her children to help others.

“My oldest was diagnosed with severe dyslexia when he was in the 2nd grade. We discovered from this experience that the public-school system did not have the funding to help students like him. This prompted his father and I to start a charity to raise funds for youth education,” she recalled. “With my position, my ability to successfully coach others developed. After 18 years of running the charity, I stepped down to help my youngest child. At age 16, he told me that he wasn’t gay; he was actually a girl.”

Through her own experience helping her transgender child navigate through the gender transitioning process, Ms. Livingston has worked with other parents dealing with the same situation. “That evolved naturally,” she said. “I don’t counsel these parents for money.”

As the Co-Founder and CEO of Transformational Dynamics for Conscious Living, LLC, Ms. Livingston now primarily works with women ages 45+ who are either starting a new career, returning to the workforce or simply lacking confidence. A certified High Performance Coach, she was personally trained by Brendon Burchard, the world’s leading High Performance Coach through the High Performance Institute.

Ms. Livingston’s mission is to “empower you to do what you love, live in joy and abundance, and live in alignment with your core values in these key areas: relationships and family issues, career and business growth; wealth and prosperity, and health and wellness.” Through one-on-one sessions and online programs, Ms. Livingston coaches and mentors women, helping them to transform their lives, find personal and professional happiness, and achieve their goals.

As she continues to grow her business, Ms. Livingston hopes to participate in more speaking engagements. She is also working on writing a book where she will share her knowledge and expertise as a High Performance Coach.
