Inventors Develop Hassle-Free Charger (BRK-2293)

InventHelp, founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, is attempting to submit this idea, the Retractable Charger, to applicable companies for their consideration.

"Our cat kept chewing through the cords on our chargers," said one of two inventors from Hazel Green, Ala. "We thought that there had to be a way to avoid damages to charger cords. That led us to invent a redesigned charger that offers optimized convenience and safety."

They developed the RETRACTABLE CHARGER to safeguard the cord from damages. The design ensures that the cord is not chewed by pets. This makes for a longer-lasting, more durable charger. Also, the design prevents unsightly clutter caused by messy cords. It will not pose a trip-and-fall hazard either. Additionally, the invention keeps the area around the charger looking neat and tidy.

The original design was submitted to the Birmingham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
