Scott Bojczuk Joins Advance Financial as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Bojczuk brings more than 20 years of management and legal experience to company’s leadership team.

Award-winning financial services company Advance Financial announced today that Scott Bojczuk has joined the company as chief administrative officer and general counsel. In his role Bojczuk will use his business, legal and operational experience to advise the company through its future growth. He will report directly to Chief Executive and Chief Experience Officer Tina Hodges.

Bojczuk has spent much of his career serving in executive and legal roles for financial services companies, including Electronic Funds Source LLC, Direct General Corporation, and Jackson Hewitt Inc. He will oversee several departments at Advance Financial, including Compliance and Legal Affairs and Office and Facilities Management, as well as the Advance Financial Foundation and the company’s corporate social responsibility efforts.

A graduate of Bucknell University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Bojczuk is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel. He has published work for the Aspatore Law Books’ Inside the Minds Series and was featured as in-house counsel in The National Law Journal.
