Hilton’s campaign is a shining example of the creativity and tangible results possible when marketers have the ability to activate their data and generate highly customized, on-brand content that truly resonates with customers.
NEW YORK (PRWEB) November 02, 2017
Movable Ink, the leading provider of intelligent content, congratulates Hilton for the success of its Hilton Honors Anniversary email campaign, which received multiple industry awards this year.
For this campaign, Hilton provided their loyal Hilton Honors rewards program members with a hyper-personalized email with real-time content that gave guests more insight into their travel experiences. Using Movable Ink’s Creative Variations Solution, Hilton generated hundreds of thousands of variations in the same email by automatically pulling in selected data fields to create a personalized story for each customer in real-time. The email used fallback default messaging so the story flowed even if data thresholds weren’t met.
During 2017, Hilton’s innovative campaign won three major industry awards including:
- Cheetah Digital: Insights to Interaction, June 2017
- MediaPost OMMA - Email: Single Execution, September 2017
- DMA ECHO: Gold Award for Best use of Email Marketing, October 2017
“Hilton’s campaign is a shining example of the creativity and tangible results possible when marketers have the ability to activate their data and generate highly customized, on-brand content that truly resonates with customers. The entire Movable Ink team congratulates Hilton for its success this year and looks forward to powering many more innovative campaigns that generate this kind of well deserved recognition,” said Vivek Sharma, CEO of Movable Ink.
