Daryll (Bud) Warner’s Newly Released “The Story of Bud” is a Fantastic Tale of Steadfast and Unceasing Faith in God, and Realizing the Purpose Each Person Has in Life
(PRWEB) November 07, 2017 -- “The Story of Bud”: a gripping short story that is both enlightening and fun for readers of all ages. “The Story of Bud” is the creation of published author, Daryll (Bud) Warner, a passionate writer and author whose life for the most part has always been about service, with twelve and a half years with the USAF and thirty years in corrections.
Warner shares, “The young man hands him a black Bible and tells him they just got a box of donations from a church. The book looks very familiar to him as he opens it. Out drops a picture of his son and wife. Then he opens up the front and sees his son’s name in it. As he looks at the young man, and a sense that he knows who it is in his heart and mind overcomes him as he sees the bright white light around him. He believes he see wings as the guard walks away. He thinks back to the message given to him by what he knows now is an angel. He gets on his knees and says, ‘God, I know now is the time. Please lead me in my mind and heart so I can come home to you and them,’ as he holds the picture in his hand, shaking with a tear in his eye. ‘Amen.’”
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Daryll (Bud) Warner’s new book is a charming and thought-provoking page-turner that contains a very valuable message that will leave the readers enlightened.
Much of today’s society has always been conformed in the perspective of adults – or of people who try to be adults – that a simple virtue has almost been forgotten: the idea of being childlike, especially in prayer and countenance. This book reminds those who seek a better view on how to ask God for blessings and guidance to always heed the words in Matthew 18:3, which is “And he said: "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”
