Award-winning Leeds-based Ethical Tracing Company celebrates finding over 13,800 Family and Friends for Clients and Ten Years in business
LEEDS, England (PRWEB UK) 14 November 2017 -- The business was established by friends John Arko and Ryan Shaw in a back bedroom, and what began as a side project quickly became a fully fledged business when expert genealogist David Oates came on board.
It was Oates who brought with him a unique system he had developed that made the process of finding lost friends and family more effective than anything else out there – the unique element of the Finder Monkey proposition is their ability to find people with only snippets of information.
As time went on, the reputation of the business grew, and the close-knit team based in Leeds have now worked with various councils, blue chip companies and multi-national organisations, doing what they do best: finding people.
Over the years, the team at Finder Monkey have been recognised for their contribution to society as well as their business nous, winning Customer Service Team of the Year at the 2017 TT Awards.
And according to owner Ryan Shaw, this is only the start:
“It feels fantastic to be able to say we’ve been going for ten years – I guess it demonstrates we’re not going anywhere! But the most important thing for me is the fact that we’ve been able to trace so many people. We do this because we love it, and because it truly makes our days feel worthwhile when we’re reuniting people who love each other, and in the next ten years we want to help even more people.”
And when asked what people should do if they need to find someone, Shaw gave a clear answer:
“Call us! Seriously, there’s no case too big or small for us, and we’d be delighted to help you find the person you’re looking for.”
