Anaya and Jase Bakker Bring Caring Transitions to South Denver and the Foothills
Denver, CO (PRWEB) November 01, 2017 -- Anaya Bakker has always been close to her grandparents. With two working parents and her grandparents living nearby, she spent a lot of time at their house after school and on the weekends. As she got older, Anaya stepped in to help where she could and continues to care for her 97-year-old grandmother. That lifetime of experience not only gave her an appreciation for seniors, but also the compassion and understanding for many of life’s transitions. Now she’s looking forward to building on that experience with her new business, Caring Transitions of South Metro Denver.
Caring Transitions’ specially trained team can handle organizing, packing, de-cluttering, moving, resettling, in-person and online estate sales, liquidations, and preparing homes for market. Caring Transitions is America’s largest resource for managing senior relocations, but the services are also perfect for busy families and individuals in need of assistance.
Caring Transitions of South Metro Denver serves the Foothills, including Evergreen, Morrison, Conifer, Littleton and Kittridge as well as the South Metro area of Denver, including Lone Tree, Castle Pines and Castle Rock.
“For me, Caring Transitions is an opportunity to build on my passion for working with older adults and create a local business doing what I love full time. I am looking forward to being of service to seniors and busy families who are in need of someone to help them move on to the next chapter of their lives. I want to make every transition as smooth as possible,” Anaya said.
Jase is an Army Veteran and Anaya retired from law enforcement after 21 years. Their son, Chris, graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in astrophysics before moving to pursue his master’s degree. In addition to working in public service and caring for her loved ones, Anaya has spent time in recent years as a volunteer at an assisted living facility. That volunteer work gave her a deeper understanding of how every situation – including every move and every life transition – is different.
“Whether you’re looking for someone to help you move your loved one into that kind of assisted living facility, you want to downsize, you’re a busy family trying to make a big move or you’re clearing the home of someone who has passed, life’s transitions are hard. Everyone can use someone who can come in with compassion, help walk you through the steps and take care of all the heavy lifting – literally and figuratively,” Anaya said.
Caring Transitions’ services are perfect for seniors moving in with family or into a safer living situation as well as busy families and people clearing out the home of a loved one who has passed. All of Caring Transitions’ services are customizable, so clients only pay for the services they need – from managing the entire move and estate-clearing or just getting someone resettled into their new place. Caring Transitions creates a customized plan for every situation, so each client only pays for the services they need.
