Bormaster Law Receives Prestigious Top Verdict Award
HOUSTON (PRWEB) November 02, 2017 -- Bormaster Law has been recognized by independent organization Top Verdicts for obtaining one of the top 100 verdicts in Texas in 2015.
A peer-reviewed legal publication, Top Verdicts works with some of the most prestigious law firms in the United States, recognizing both firms and attorneys for outstanding achievements in the court of law. Each year since 2012, the organization has published a list of the top 100 law firm settlements and verdicts organized both by state and internationally. Recognition by Top Verdicts is, in the organization’s own words, an exceptional achievement.
Ryan B. Bormaster of Bormaster & Associates made the list in 2015, recognized for his settlement in the case of McCoy v. Hospadales, where he obtained for his injured client a total of $292,000.
“My core goal as an attorney has always been to help my clients - money has always been a secondary concern,” explains Bormaster. “Most people don’t have the resources or legal expertise to stand up to organizations like Hospadales when injured by their negligence. I seek to change that.”
Bormaster is honored to have his efforts recognized by Top Verdicts, and notes that this affirms his convictions about continuing on his current path.
“No matter how many times we update and revisit trucking legislation, there will always be firms who try to skirt the law,” Bormaster says. “And those attempts will almost inevitably result in someone getting hurt. I intend to continue seeking out such cases, and making sure firms are held fully responsible for their negligence/”
Bormaster’s verdict was the 96th largest in Texas in 2015.
