The latest luxe lifestyle collection, Siren Song makes it's debut. The line is designed by Thomas Fernez, the founder and namesake of textile/home accessories brand thomaspaul. "I really wanted to branch out into a different look and feel from what I do at thomaspaul", says the designer. "This is definitely the other side of my personality, the darker, more luxurious side, as opposed to the fun and poppy aesthetic of the thomaspaul brand."
The Siren Song collection is mainly composed of hand carved buffalo horn items ranging from small spoons to trays and combs. There is some jewelry as well. Paul continues, "It's really exciting to see what the artisans we work with come up with each season, whenever I send them a design I always think, they will never be able to make this, but then the samples arrive and they are magnificent. We are working with workshops that do work for a very high end European brand that I can not mention here, I will just say that they love the color orange."
The collection also consists of velvet and linen throw pillows with marbled patterns based on vintage book end paper. The same patterns are also applied to dinner plates.
Future plans for the brand include scented candles, scarves, trays, and rugs.
