The presentation will take place in-person at MRA in Waukesha, WI and will be live streamed at MRA in Plymouth, MN, and via webinar format for participants.

FEI Senior Account Manager Randy Kratz will present an informative presentation, “The Opioid Epidemic: Leveraging an Employee Assistance Program (EAP),” on November 9, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. CST. The session will discuss factors that have fueled the epidemic of opioid addiction and discuss what employers, employees and their family members need to know to be healthy and safe.

Specifically, the session will identify signs of opiate abuse and discuss the EAP’s role in working with both employers and employees impacted by the opioid epidemic. Attendees will learn how to effectively use EAPs for self-referral and mandatory referrals, and explore trends in treatment, wellness and other proactive measures.
