On the anniversary of its 16th year, Penman PR announces the appointment of Dana Summers as its new Managing Partner.
Penman PR was founded by Patti D. Hill in October 2001, during the rubble of the dot-com bust and three weeks after 9/11. Summers joined Penman PR in 2013 as an Executive Director.

Summers, who has a bachelor degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Auburn University, began her career in the hospitality industry, a high-stakes game where alignment of strategy and priorities and customer satisfaction are paramount. She was instrumental in the success of numerous properties such as The Marriott Downtown Austin, The Driskill Hotel, and The Hotel and Conference Center at Auburn University.
At Penman PR, Summers orchestrates sophisticated media and analyst relations campaigns, including the launch of Ambient Clinical Analytics, The Heavy Equipment Exchange, and Tally Energy Services; visibility campaigns for Secured2, Dedicated Computing, and Houston-based medical device developer Procyrion, and thought leadership campaigns for Cerion Advanced Materials and Aculon, Inc., among others.
