“These games provide a much higher level of engagement and provide a safe environment for employees to use the information just delivered to them. Equally important, the analytics from the gameplay provides employers comprehensive data on employee learning gaps and behavioral trends.”

New York, November 6, 2017 -- The Game Agency is pleased to announce the launch of the Game Authoring Tool™, Gamification Leaderboard, and Analytics Dashboard for The Training Arcade™. This game-based training solution empowers learning and development professionals to quickly and easily create fun, highly re-playable training games in minutes with their content and our games. The games can be deployed as a standalone website, seamlessly embedded into eLearning authoring tools, or integrated into a Learning Management System (LMS) via a SCORM package.

Last week at DevLearn, The Game Agency demoed the new The Training Arcade™ to hundreds of attendees, receiving rave reviews on its utter simplicity yet breadth of functionality. The games in The Training Arcade, including Jump, Match, Word Scramble and Recall, are designed to provide employees with a fun, replayable, practice playground for the training content they just learned. Each game can deliver an unlimited number of questions for an unparalleled depth of employee practice and assessment. All games can be branded and modified stylistically to match the company look and feel. Once published, the training department has access to a set of advanced analytics and scoring dashboards that reveal the level of learning of individuals and group data trends.

“What was all but impossible for most instructional designers to make or take experienced game developers months to create can now be accomplished in minutes with The Training Arcade”, said Stephen Baer, Managing Partner at The Game Agency. “These games provide a much higher level of engagement and provide a safe environment for employees to use the information just delivered to them. Equally important, the analytics from the gameplay provides employers comprehensive data on employee learning gaps and behavioral trends.”

What Does The Training Arcade™ Deliver?
1) Deep assessment of your employee's knowledge of the learning content
2) A practice playground in which employees willingly and repeatedly engage with the material
3) A positive emotional connection with your learning themes and strategies
4) A way to shine a spotlight on corrective action required at the individual and group levels

Annual subscriptions can be purchased for individual games or in bundles at https://setup.thetrainingarcade.com. There is no limit to the number of employees that can play each game and no limit to the amount of games you can build to improve the effectiveness of your training.

And while we were at DevLearn, The Game Agency took home the "Best Immersive Simulation" award during DemoFest showcasing one of our custom game solutions centered around students exploring careers in STEM. This is one of hundreds of custom game solutions we’ve been building for the past 10 years.
