SitePro® Experiences Growth, Creates Company Spin-Off
LUBBOCK, Texas (PRWEB) November 06, 2017 -- SitePro® (the Company), formerly operating as AmpliSine® Labs, announced today the decision to rebrand the automation and software service platform to SitePro®. The corporate name change is driven by substantial company growth over the past two years lending to the executive leaders’ decision to strengthen its position in the market by rebranding the company to utilize its name SitePro®.
SitePro® will continue operations from its Lubbock headquarters with the ability to offer advanced automation technology for the oil and gas industry throughout the North America. The Company also has launched its innovative Electronic Ticketing & Workflow Solution, which is unique in its ability to digitally connect Oil and Gas Operators and Service Companies into a single cloud-based platform for advanced field services management, with its initial focus on water management.
Company logistics will remain the same with a slight change in executive leadership and strengthening of the management team. Moving forward, David Bateman and Aaron Phillips will serve side by side as Co-Chief Executive Officers. Bateman will oversee the general business operations, sales and marketing as well as finance and corporate development while Phillips will continue overseeing product development, R&D and technology strategy.
Over the past two years, SitePro® operations have grown to include three satellite locations – one in Midland, TX and another in Pecos, TX to service the Permian Basin and one in San Antonio to service the Eagle Ford shale region. The company recently hired Michael Chavez as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, as well as added eight new employees comprised of additional software developers, increased sales and marketing staff, and increased technical field services staff to ensure best in class service and support for SitePro®’s customers.
Chavez brings a wealth of experience in the Digital Oilfield space, coming from two successful startups - Digital H2O and WellAware, and will be instrumental in helping the company achieve even greater growth.
The Company’s extensive client list includes major oil and gas industry players such as Chesapeake Energy, Layne Christensen, EnWater Solutions (recently acquired by WaterBridge), and many other significant E&P and water infrastructure players. In recent case studies, clients expressed their reverence for SitePro®’s services and praised the excellent customer service offered time and time again by the Company’s team members.
“We are excited to announce the rebranding of SitePro and the hiring of strategic additions to our team; together we are very committed to our vision of becoming the leading digital oilfield solution for advanced field services management with an emphasis on water. We will continue to focus on product innovation and service excellence to address the growing need for true Digital Oilfield Water Management solution.
