Quality Control Manager Assumes Director Role
Carlsbad, CA (PRWEB) November 06, 2017 -- The Compliance Group, the premier nationwide mortgage compliance and quality control organization in the financial services industry, announced today the promotion of Erik Allan to Director of Quality Control. Allan previously served as Quality Control Manager for TCG. Now in a more senior position, Allan will further TCG’s mission to provide quality care to clients by staying on top of the latest developments in compliance and credit risk. Allan will oversee the organization’s quality control offering.
Allan has been with TCG for nearly two years. He brings with him an extensive background in operations management, fraud review and quality assurance in and out of the mortgage industry. Allan has several years of experience in mortgage insurance fraud reviews as well.
“Erik has already done an incredible job managing our QC auditing team and vendor management services,” said Jeremy Burcham, TCG President. “We are excited to give him a larger footprint within the organization to better contribute to our strategic goals.” Allan plays a critical role in day-to-day client communications and team management. As Director of Quality Control he will take on new responsibilities and advance TCG’s work to help mortgage clients better manage compliance and operational quality.
Prior to joining TCG, Allan served as Underwriting Supervisor at First American Mortgage Solutions. Allan also worked as a Loan Review Team Lead for Bank of America and Fraud Analyst for NIA Consulting, a division of Interthinx. In his previous roles Allan has managed auditing, reverification and client communications. Allen possesses extensive file review experience and has helped redesign key quality control workflows.
