Wrongful Death Lawsuit filed by Lara Law Firm for Daniel Martinez's Fatal Bee Attack in Tucson, Arizona
TUCSON, Ariz. (PRWEB) November 08, 2017 -- A lawsuit has been filed after a bee attack that allegedly lead to the death of Daniel Martinez in Pima County, Arizona. The Complaint was filed by Adolfo Lara of the Lara Law Firm and alleges that thousands of bees stung Mr. Martinez and that such attack caused him to suffer cardiac arrest. The Complaint has case number C20175300 and it was assigned to Judge Aragon of the Pima County Superior Court in Tucson, Arizona.
The Complaint also alleges that after further investigation, it was found that the two bee nests weighed about 300 pounds each and that they contained about 100,000 aggressive bees as noted in the Plaintiff's Complaint. The lawyers, Priscilla Frisby and Adolfo Lara, allege that the bee nests had been growing at the Defendants’ home for over a year and that neighbors noted the numerous amount of bees in that neighborhood. The claim of Mr. Martinez's spouse is for $10 million of damages.
