Author’s Book on ‘Self-Sabotage’ Gets New Marketing Campaign

Becoming a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2006 gave her the opportunity to be trained to help others heal their sabotaging habits and patterns by exploring their thoughts and perceptions imprinted from childhood. Using examples from her personal journey and from stories of her hypnotherapy clients, she offers simple tools and ideas on how to shift from being self-critical to self-accepting. Livingstone shows how to face self-defeating thoughts and habits, take responsibility for them, and stop the cycle of self-abuse and sabotage.
