A Certified Training Coach, Ms. Talley-Coffey is the Owner of Aspire Training & Development. Using the proven techniques she has acquired through her training at the Canfield Training Group, as well as her expertise in effective communication, motivational leadership, public speaking, problem solving, solutions architecture and strategic planning, she guides clients as she helps them achieve their personal and professional goals. Working with individuals and small businesses, Ms. Talley-Coffey offers her services through workshops and seminars.
Always ready to lend a helping hand and give back to the community, Ms. Talley- Coffey is a Partner in Hope with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as well as being involved with Habitat for Humanity, helping build a house for one of her employees who is a single mom with a young child. She also provides five full scholarships each year to a local dance school and donates regularly to schools in the area. She is a supporter of many animal shelters and rescues in her community.
