The Company is currently developing its crude oil refinery project near Fort Stockton, Pecos County Texas, including the 10,000 Bbl per day Phase 1 crude distillation unit.

With this latest achievement, we are now listed on the OTCQB and can provide greater transparency and governance for our shareholders.“
