Three Co-Founders of Shotspotter (DE) Sue the Company for $6.5 million
DALLAS (PRWEB) November 07, 2017 -- Three co-founders of Shotspotter, Inc. (DE) announced that they had filed a $6.5 million dollar lawsuit against Shotspotter, Inc. The lawsuit was filed in California Superior Court, Alameda County as case number HG17881440 Baxter et. al v. Shotspotter.

The lawsuit further asserts that Shotspotter has violated the unlawful prong of California’s Business and Professional Code §17200 (including securities fraud).
