Infinite Energy Recognized in OUTSIDE’S Best Places to Work 2017
GAINESVILLE, Fla. (PRWEB) November 09, 2017 -- Infinite Energy has been selected as one of OUTSIDE’s Best Places to Work 2017. The list recognizes the top 100 best places to work in the U.S. in 2017. Not only are winning companies great workplaces for employees, but they respect the environment and encourage a balance between work and enjoying life in the great outdoors.
Infinite Energy was first recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in 2012 and has now been named to the list for the past six years in a row.
“Wellness has always been a focus for Infinite Energy,” said Rich Blaser, Infinite Energy co-founder and co-CEO. “We want employees to be happy working for us as much because of what we can do to improve their time away from the office as because of the work days themselves.”
The multistate energy company offers a series of wellness programs designed for employees to use at work. From a 24/7 on-site gym to chair massages to paid volunteer time to financial planning classes, Infinite Energy encourages wellness in multiple aspects of employees’ lives. The company also holds an annual wellness fair where employees can be screened for everything from bone density to blood pressure without scheduling an additional doctor’s visit.
“Companies from across the country entered a rigorous two-part survey process to make the winning list,” said Jonah Ogles, Articles Editor at OUTSIDE Magazine. “The Best Companies Group evaluates each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. There’s also an employee survey to measure personal experience.”
The winning companies are those that value productivity in combination with an active, eco-conscious lifestyle, for a fulfilling experience inside and outside the office. This is OUTSIDE’s tenth year providing the Best Places to Work.
