InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, is working to submit Med Exodus to companies for their review.

Inventors from Amityville, N.Y., have developed the patent-pending MED EXODUS, an electronic bracelet that reminds patients to take their medications.

"As an experienced RN (visiting nurse), there have been countless instances where patients have forgotten to take their medication on a consistent basis. Unfortunately, this leads them back to the hospital for treatment," said the inventors. The MED EXODUS reminds patients when to take their prescribed medications. It helps patients to keep adherent to their treatment plan. This will ultimately improve health outcomes and helps prevent repeated hospital or clinic visits. This reminder bracelet will offer peace of mind that medication is being taken correctly and at the appropriate intervals. This may also help prevent dangerous over-medication.

The original design was submitted to the Long Island office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
