Inventor Develops Better Way to Support Communication Lines (BSJ-399)

Pittsburgh-based InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, is submitting this client’s idea, the Sky Hook, in the hopes of a good faith review.

PITTSBURGH...“I am a lineman and I thought there needed to be a better way to support lines when moving them to a new pole,” said an inventor, from Mullan, Idaho, “so I invented THE SKY HOOK.”

THE SKY HOOK provides an effective way to support communication lines when transferring them between utility poles. In doing so, it enhances accessibility. It also increases efficiency. The invention features a practical design that is easy to install and remove so it is ideal for electric utility companies. Additionally, THE SKY HOOK is producible in design variations and a prototype is available.

The inventor described the invention design. “My design offers a safe and efficient way to transfer communication lines.”

The original design was submitted to the Boise office of InventHelp. It is currently patent pending and available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
