AspenSnowmassSIR.com chalks up its second award in a year by snagging the #2 spot for Best Mobile Design from WebTrends for 2017. In 2016, the same site was recognized by the Web Marketing Association for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development: the Real Estate Standard of Excellence. AspenSnowmassSIR.com was designed and developed by Organic Return, a digital agency now boasting an accumulation of four prominent web awards for its real estate sites.
Analytics have shown that more and more users are visiting sites using their mobile devices. In fact, mobile usage has actually surpassed desktop usage, meaning it’s now absolutely essential that mobile design take priority.

By working directly with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty staff and leadership, the OR design team was able to develop a unified visual system and hierarchy.
Numerous backend integrations were required to ensure seamless functionality. Organic Return designed a custom database structure to pull content directly from Sotheby’s International Realty’s back office systems as well as the local MLS. Significant custom development was required to produce tools that could be used to manage Luxury Vacation Rentals and include video, maps, and recently viewed properties, resulting in an engaging user experience.
This attention to client experience resulted in another rich digital experience for the high-end luxury real estate brokerage, as underlined by the recent Best Mobile Design ranking.
