The article was featured in the October edition of The Background Buzz, the leading news and information source for the background screening industry and in the Inside Background Screening column in Workplace Violence Today, the leading publication on workplace violence prevention.

In addition, HR.com published a version of the article with the title, ‘Women in Leadership Roles in the Background Screening Industry’ in the November edition of its’ Leadership Excellence publication.

The article features Clare Hart, CEO, Sterling Talent Solutions, the largest background screening firm in the world as well as many other women in C-suite level positions roles. While not based on statistical data it is apparent by the number of women in top positions that women are achieving at historic levels in the background screening industry. The majority of the woman included in the article are either Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operation Officers or in senior operational or strategic roles.

Each of these women offer insights into their journey to the top and also share what they have been reading as well as their favorite quotes.
