Inventor Develops Wheelchair for Exercise Enthusiasts (BRK-2234)
PITTSBURGH (PRWEB) November 13, 2017 -- "I wanted to be able to work out and lift weights while remaining seated in my wheelchair," said an inventor from Auburn, Ala. "I came up with this redesigned wheelchair in order to enable the user to lift weights and stretch the arms and legs."
She created a prototype for the WORK OUT MASTER to enable the individual to work out while remaining seated in the wheelchair. The design allows weights to be lifted comfortably and conveniently. This helps the user begin and maintain a strength-training program. The wheelchair also helps the user to stretch the arms and legs while remaining seated. The invention is designed to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Additionally, it is easily adjustable to accommodate different positions and exercises.
The original design was submitted to the Birmingham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
