PITTSBURGH..."I love to cook, and I love to try different spices with my food," said an inventor from Phenix City, Ala. "All the coleslaw I have ever tasted did not have a great flavor, so I decided to come up with my own more flavorful recipe."
He created samples for the BRUH PREER COLESLAW to feature a unique flavor. The dish has a spicy taste and provides an alternative to traditional coleslaw. It can be eaten with a variety of meats, including hot dogs, fish, BBQ ribs, pulled pork, chicken, pig’s feet and pig tails. In addition, the flavorful coleslaw also can be consumed by itself.
