PITTSBURGH (PRWEB) November 14, 2017 -- Trash compaction in outdoor industrial settings has long been effective in reducing the amount of space required in landfills. However, now an inventor from Cincinnati, Ohio, has found a way to apply this concept on a much smaller scale to indoor trash collection.
He developed PALM COMPACTOR to improve the tidiness of a room and minimize the need for trash bags. At the same time, it promotes sanitary conditions by reducing the chances of transferring germs by touching trash. It also eliminates the risk of injury (due to broken glass, needles, etc.) Not only does this tool save considerable time and effort, it is also cost efficient, practical and easy to operate. Other appealing features include convenience, effectiveness and an affordable price. In addition, it is compact, lightweight and portable.
The inventor’s professional experience inspired the idea. “While working as a hotel general manager, I was always looking for ways to improve trash pickup without exposing the hotel cleaning staff to germs left on the trash,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Cincinnati office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
