InventHelp, founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, is attempting to submit this idea, the AER Body Dryer, to applicable companies for their consideration.

Two inventors from Lake Worth, Fla., have come up with a more comfortable way to dry off after a shower or swim than with a towel. Their idea applies the benefits of a hand blow dryer to the whole body.

They developed patent pending AER BODY DRYER to provide a hands-free, quick, easy and comfortable way to dry off when coming out of a shower or pool. As such, it keeps the user from being chilled while still wet and eliminates the need to use a towel to dry off. Thus, it conserves water and electricity. This eco-friendly invention is also designed to fit in most bathrooms or stand alone at a pool and is easy to install and use. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced.

The inventors’ personal interests inspired the idea. “Our motivation was twofold. First, we wanted to make showering a more pleasant experience by preventing people from getting cold when they finished, and secondly, to reduce the use of towels,” one of them said.

The original design was submitted to the Fort Lauderdale office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
