She collaborates across functions to deliver effective content marketing strategies and editorial plans to meet each client’s business objectives. She researches appropriate content marketing topics while incorporating SEO strategy and staying focused on client objectives. She supports the marketing team to ensure that all content complies with brand guidelines, is focused on target markets, is optimized for search, and supports thought leadership, and business retention and acquisition.
Williams brings more than 15 years of B2B marketing experience to the agency, having worked in legal marketing and law firm business development. As an active member of the Legal Marketing Association in New York, Williams served on the website development committee and is currently a member of LMA’s northeast region. A graduate of Seton Hall University, Williams holds a master’s degree in Corporate and Public Communications. She also holds a certification in Digital and Media Relations from Duke University and specializes in content marketing, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and mobile marketing.
As director of marketing and operations, Caccese oversees the strategic marketing direction of Furia Rubel clients while facilitating internal processes for the agency to ensure operational efficiencies and client value. She ensures consistent brand messaging and positioning across client initiatives while managing client marketing budgets and timelines. She also is responsible for creative direction and quality controls while supporting social media, SEO, digital advertising, and analytics.
Caccese has more than 25 years of experience in creating, executing, and evaluating marketing plans, implementing tracking to report on ROI, conducting regular SWOT analysis, performing market research to evaluate industry trends, and identifying key performance indicators while developing and maintaining consistent brand messaging for print and digital advertising campaigns.
