Just in time for the holidays, Lyon + Post is offering a weeklong Name Your Price Sale on hundreds of clothing styles, beginning Monday, Nov. 20. It’s the latest in a string of innovations for the pioneering online fashion retailer.

Lyon + Post members will be able to “name their price,” with a minimum bid of up to 90% off the retail price. The highest price bid gets the item, with a $5 per item shipping cost.

This is a one-time-only event for Lyon + Post’s members. It begins Nov. 20 and runs through Nov. 27. It’s the latest way that Lyon + Post is changing the game in the fashion industry by offering truly next-generation shopping experiences.

The Name Your Price Sale works differently than Lyon + Post’s usual retail model, in which customers can try on clothes before buying them. Shipments of winning Name Your Price items will occur outside the usual Lyon + Post process, which allows customers to try on items for free for 7 days. All sales in the Name Your Price process will be final.

Lyon + Post carries clothes and jewelry and is targeted to modern women who are busy and maybe don’t like malls, but want on-trend clothes from brands they love – she knows her own taste and wants the freedom to choose what she likes or needs in her wardrobe.

The company is agile and strategic about what it buys and the lines it carries, offering a large selection of top brands that are also carried at stores like Nordstrom and higher-end boutiques offline and online.
