In addition to his vast capabilities in all areas of insurance coverage and commercial litigation, Greg has been designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a certified civil trial lawyer, understands the business of his clients and is a true mentor. Mr. Pennington specializes in commercial auto and trucking, products liability defense, premises liability and insurance coverage. His clients, among others, include a national trucking company and numerous domestic insurers, which platform will serve to expand our capabilities in each of those areas across the country.

Mr. Pennington earned his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law (1997), and his B.A. degree from Villanova University (1992).
