Information Management Resources, Inc. (IMRI) (http://www.imri.com), the technology solutions leader for the changing enterprise, today announces that it was awarded the Veterans Technology Services (VETS) 2 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) by the General Services Administration (GSA). “To be recognized as one of 70 top qualified SDVOSBs in the country for this $5 billion ceiling program is a huge accomplishment and complement,” said Maronya Scharf, chief operating officer at IMRI. “We are gaining access to contracting opportunities that are a great match for our capabilities and experience, and federal agencies will be able to utilize our services through this streamlined contract vehicle which will assist them in achieving their socio-economic goals and objectives.”

VETS 2 is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that has a five-year base period with five option years, and is a unique GWAC set-aside program as it is the only one exclusively for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs). Awarded VETS 2 Prime Contractors will compete for task orders across seven different areas that include data management, IT security, software development, information and communication technology, IT operations and maintenance, and systems design—all strengths of IMRI and its subcontractors: Concept Solutions; Edmonds Enterprise Services, Inc.; Internal Computer Services; ISYS Technologies; and Outsource Consulting Services, Inc.
