The International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp™) Foundation, the certification body that provides and promotes standards of excellence for the field of eating disorders, offers a plethora of reasons to register now for its 2018 iaedp™ Symposium, slated for March 22 – 25, 2018 in Orlando, Florida at the Omni Resort at ChampionsGate.

Early registration is open through January 15, 2018 with important registration discounts available: for iaedp™ certified members, $625; for members, $675; for non-iaedp™ members, $750; for full-time students, $375; for retired registrants, $375; and for international registrants, $375. The annual iaedp™ Symposium offers four days of training sessions and instructive presentations featuring the latest research in the field of eating disorders from world-renowned experts from both the U.S. and abroad. This constitutes a major networking opportunity to meet hundreds of professionals whose key focus is the treatment of eating disorders.

Planning ahead allows attendees to maximize time and the experience. The iaedp™ Foundation offers assistance with planning with its mobile application, a free interactive tool that makes it easy for attendees to plan and participate in the 2018 Symposium. Available online through the Apple iPhone “App Store,” the iaedp™ App allows navigation of 10 multi-touch features so Symposium attendees can easily point and click on the different areas that encompass iaedp’s™ annual conference event.

Symposium attendees also have the option to participate in precertification courses that begin just prior to the 2018 Symposium program. For experienced eating disorders professionals who qualify, this program is a pathway to the certification process.

Enhancing the member experience is an ongoing process for iaedp™. To do this effectively, iaedp™ MemberSHARE, an online peer community solely dedicated to fostering an environment to support its professional members.
