Locally-owned On-Call Restaurant Accounting (OCRA) announced today that it is expanding its service offerings to include multiple tiers of service. OCRA’s diversification of services will allow it to assist more clients depending on their specific needs.
OCRA anticipates that having multiple offerings will allow restaurants to find the level of service that fits their needs. The Full-Service Accounting that OCRA has offered over the past 8 years, and built its reputation on, will continue unchanged for those who prefer OCRA to handle as much of the bookkeeping, payroll and accounting as possible. The newly introduced Guided Accounting will be an opportunity to utilize OCRA’s systems, powered by Restaurant365 software, and have the back-office training and support from OCRA’s experienced accounting staff.
Another level of service will be the On-Call CFO. In this new offering, which is a compliment to either of the other two options, OCRA’s team will be able to work with clients on a deeper, more detailed level. They will have weekly meetings and work on cash flow management, budgeting, financial statement analysis, etc.
“Adding more levels to our offerings will allow OCRA to provide variations on our personalized service and enable our clients to come it at a level that works best for them. Over the years, we have had many requests for both a lighter version of our service, as well as a hands-on financial consulting service,” says CEO Mark Rubinstein.
