Keen Decision Systems Adds Houghton, Rasch, and Klein to Board of Advisors
CARY, N.C. (PRWEB) November 17, 2017 -- Keen Decision Systems (Keen), with its leading marketing decision-support software, announced the establishment of a new Board of Advisors. Keen’s Board highlights an experienced and seasoned group of executives, formed to help the growing technology company accelerate growth in 2018 and beyond.
Joining the Board of Advisors are Aaron Houghton, David Rasch and Jim Klein. “All three of our Board members are highly successful leaders in their respective disciplines, bringing significant experience across all functions of the business. We are very fortunate to have them by our side, guiding our efforts as we continue to scale our company”, said Greg Dolan, CEO of Keen.
Aaron Houghton is an accomplished technology entrepreneur who has a tremendous track record in building, scaling and exiting companies. By 2008 iContact had expanded to 350 full time employees in six countries. iContact raised over $60 million in venture capital, private equity, and debt financing and scaled revenue to $50 million before selling to Vocus Communications in 2012 for $180 million.
Under Houghton’s leadership, iContact was listed to the Inc 500 list of America’s fastest growing private companies three times, making its debut at #85 in 2008. The North Carolina Technology Association selected iContact as Software Company of the Year in 2009. The company was awarded a SalesForce AppExchange’s Best award in 2010 and was listed to Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 in 2011.
David Rasch is currently CTO of 3 Bird Marketing, where he is responsible for Data Analytics, Development, and DevOps. David’s background includes eight years at iContact, where he helped to grow the technology team from himself to over 80 people as both CTO and Chief Architect. While at iContact, Rasch paved the way for iContact's products and underlying technology through research, education, engineering, and tinkering.
