Lumeta Named “Rookie of the Year” at McAfee Security Innovation Alliance 2017 DevCon Awards
SOMERSET, N.J. (PRWEB) November 16, 2017 -- Lumeta Corporation, the authority on providing cyber situational awareness for rapid security response, today announced it was named the McAfee® Security Innovation Alliance 2017 “Rookie of the Year” partner at the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance Developers Conference, which took place in conjunction with the MPOWER Cybersecurity Summit this year. This award represents ongoing momentum and validation for Lumeta’s partnership with McAfee.
The McAfee DevCon Awards recognize partners who have made outstanding contributions to the SIA program through business impact and solution innovation. Winners were celebrated in three categories: Rookie of the Year, Most Innovative Partner of the Year, and Most Valuable Partner of the Year.
“The DevCon Awards celebrate our extraordinary partners whose work has made leading contributions to McAfee’s open, connected partner ecosystem,” said D.J. Long, Head of McAfee Security Innovation Alliance. “We’re proud to honor Lumeta for its accomplishments, and look forward to paving the way for mutual success in the future.”
The DevCon award category for Rookie of the Year 2017 honors the company whose business impact and solution innovation has made the greatest contribution to the SIA program since becoming an SIA member in the last 18 months.
“The McAfee Security Innovation Alliance program is made up of the security industry’s top companies and solutions,” said Sanjay Raja, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Technology Alliances at Lumeta. “We’re proud to be recognized as a leader among such an impressive group. This win validates Lumeta’s focus on supporting customers’ security needs by providing unparalleled, real-time network, endpoint, and cloud visibility through industry-leading technology integration partners like McAfee.”
Lumeta joined the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance program in October 2016. Shortly after becoming a member, the company completed an integration with McAfee ePO™ and its cyber situational awareness platform, Lumeta® Spectre. Lumeta Spectre combines recursive network indexing techniques with proprietary technology to monitor network change as it happens. This ensures the McAfee ePO agent is deployed on endpoints as soon they participate in any network, providing joint customers with complete coverage across all hosts.
