EDR Expands its International Offerings by Providing Due Diligence Workflow Tools for Properties in the United Kingdom
SHELTON, Conn. (PRWEB) November 17, 2017 -- EDR, the leading provider of environmental risk and historical property use information and technology in North America is excited to announce an expanded partnership with its sister company, Landmark Information. Landmark is the largest provider of environmental data and historical land and property use information in the United Kingdom.
While EDR and Landmark have cooperated and collaborated for over a decade, under a new agreement, EDR has expanded its offerings of Landmark's services to its customers by providing advanced workflow tools in addition to environmental reports on properties in England, Wales, and Scotland. Landmark’s Envirocheck Analysis, a web-based tool, allows environmental due diligence professionals to quickly and effectively review various data sets in a map-based environment, similar to EDR's popular Lightbox application.
The companies have also streamlined the process for customers in North America to order services on U.K-based properties. EDR clients can now place these international orders directly with EDR, avoiding additional invoices and currency changes. The EDR service team also provides support to customers on Landmark reports and technology.
According to EDR CEO Chris Aronson, "Like EDR, many of our clients are expanding the reach of their platforms to international markets. We are pleased to introduce UK/European environmental data products via Landmark – ensuring clients enjoy the same top quality data and workflow products outside the United States."
Added Josh Rains, Product Manager at Landmark Information, “We are delighted to further extend our partnership with EDR and provide their international client-base access to our extensive UK environmental and mapping data. By integrating with EDR’s workflow clients can research, assess and scrutinize land and real estate data, across boundaries.”
Through its PARCEL and Collateral360 platforms, EDR provides project management tools for due diligence professionals and risk management software for financial institutions worldwide.
