Growing Accounting Software Company Promotes Four Employees
LUBBOCK, Texas (PRWEB) November 21, 2017 -- nQativ, a division of CoNetrix, LLC, has promoted several members of its leadership team. The announcement came from CEO Marvin Crossnoe during a team meeting on October 31.
Grant Perry will continue his role as Director of Development and has been promoted to CoNetrix Vice President.
Grant graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas Tech University. He has worked as a software developer for 18 years and has been the manager of the nQativ development team for seven years. In his role as manager, he designs and implements secure automation solutions for the accounting software ActivityHD™.
Bobby Cude will take on the role of nQativ General Manager.
Bobby has over 25 years of experience writing tools to assist with the management and analysis of large amounts of data. He co-wrote the booking engine behind southwest.com, developed software to categorize and optimize the location of cargo and luggage on aircraft and created systems to allow for the most efficient routing of planes. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University, where he also serves on the department’s External Advisory Board.
Bruce Gilstrap has been named Development Manager.
Bruce returned to nQativ a year ago and has been working with the ActivityHD™ development group since. He originally came to the company in 1991 after graduating from Lubbock Christian University with bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Accounting. He later earned his MBA from Texas Tech University. In 2005, he left nQativ and his role as Controller to pursue his Ph.D. in Management at the University of Oklahoma. Upon completing the program in 2009, he was offered a faculty position at the University of Southern Mississippi, where he remained until returning to nQativ in mid-2016.
Sandra Aven will remain in her role of nQativ Sales, Support and Implementation Manager.
Sandra has been at nQativ for six years. She worked 19 years in the daily newspaper industry as a controller and publisher for the Hearst Corporation. Prior to that, she managed several business offices and worked in retail for a short time. For four years, she worked on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange floor in arbitrage and gained her National Commodity Futures - Series 3 license. She studied accounting at Wayland Baptist University. Sandra is also a co-coordinator of our InterActiv User Group.
