The Boston Globe Names Keystone Partners a Top Place to Work for 2017
BOSTON (PRWEB) November 20, 2017 -- Keystone Partners has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts, in the tenth annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. The Top Places to Work 2017 issue was published online at BostonGlobe.com/top places on November 16 and in The Boston Globe Magazine on November 19.
Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them the best—their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. Employers are placed into one of four groups: small, with 50 to 99 employees; medium, with 100 to 249 workers; large, with 250 to 999; and largest, with 1,000 or more.
Keystone Partners was ranked 19 in the small company category. This is the fifth time that Keystone Partners has been recognized by the Boston Globe as an excellent place to work.
Keystone is a leading talent management and career transition services consulting firm. The Company is comprised of three divisions: Keystone Associates, Essex Partners and Camden Consulting Group.
“We are honored to be named a ‘2017 Top Places to Work,’” says Ralph Roberto, President of Keystone Partners. “It is very exciting to be recognized for the fifth time; we are really proud of the culture we have built at Keystone. It helps us recruit and retain the best talent in the industry, allowing us to deliver superior services to our customers and clients.”
“Our winning companies are all in on a secret,” said Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Places to Work editor. “Treating employees well isn’t that difficult, and the payoff -- increased morale, retention, and productivity -- is huge.”
The rankings in the Top Places to Work are based on confidential survey information collected by Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention, from nearly 75,060 individuals at 334 Massachusetts organizations. The winners share a few key traits, including offering progressive benefits, giving their employees a voice, and encouraging them to have some fun while they’re at it.
Elaine Varelas, Managing Partner of Keystone Partners, concluded, “Keystone has celebrated many milestones in 2017 including our 35th year in business, being named best lawyer outplacement service by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and now being recognized as one of Massachusetts’ best places to work. Our longevity and stellar reputation has been built on creating an exceptional work environment and delivering innovative services to employers in the Northeast and globally through Career Partners International.”
