Omni Title Agency, a leader in the New York City real estate market, has again put its stamp on the city's skyline, closing another landmark property this month.

The agency closed the winning foreclosure bid on a condo spanning the entire 79th floor of a luxury complex at 157 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019, in Midtown.

Michael Weinreb Esq., led the team on the $36-million sale. The foreclosure auction had a four-day turnaround time, closing on Nov. 16.

The property, formerly owned by foreclosed owner One57 79Inc, boasts unfettered views of Central Park below. Built in 2013, the 93-story structure is divided into 94 units. The 79th floor is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit with panoramic views spanning 6,240 square feet. The buyer was a limited liability company represented by Navid Aminzadeh, Esq.
