Phone Call Diversion Device Developed by InventHelp Inventor (CCT-3092)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 21, 2017 -- An inventor from Coshocton, Ohio, has developed the CALL-UP CHUCK, a device that helps expedite reaching a human via a voice menu system.
"We all get annoyed with unwanted telemarketing calls or particular unwanted calls, as well as customer service prompts during outgoing phone calls. I wanted to reduce the amount of telemarketing calls I received and have fun doing it. In addition, I wanted to develop a device that would help bypass the automated prompts and put me in direct contact with a live person," said the inventor. The CALL-UP CHUCK facilitates calls to customer service and related lines. It may save several minutes of frustrating effort attempting to navigate a complex voice menu system. This device enables a live representative to be contacted more quickly than would otherwise be possible. It will help save time and effort when attempting to resolve customer service issues. In addition, it may help divert unwanted telemarketing calls. This compact, portable device will take up little space in a purse, desk drawer or kitchen junk drawer.
The original design was submitted to the Cincinnati office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
