The Boulder Dharma Circle provides a friendly and welcoming environment for the community where people gather to discuss ways to improve clarity, enthusiasm and engagement for life among its participants. Midweek inspiration every Wednesday evening is available where there are shamanic readings, meditation and journeying, a sharing circle and lifestyle discussions. This weekly opportunity is open to the Boulder County community at large. We come together and help connect and revitalize our community by generating and sharing positive energy.

Every indigenous culture has a version of the Dharma Medicine Wheel, which is a path of wisdom, a way of solving problems, and ultimately a lifestyle. This circular wheel represents the dharma, or soul’s purpose, with honoring the guardians or archetypes for each of the four cardinal directions and asking for their presence and blessings on the sacred work about to begin. By opening and holding sacred space, the Boulder Dharma Circle provides an opportunity for the community to gather, reflect, and discuss growth and transformation.

“Boulder is an open and welcoming area, but people can still feel discontented, exhausted, and are seeking purpose,” said Dr. Brian Ruggiero, practitioner and owner of Healing Arts Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center. “The Dharma Circle is an inspiring and unique opportunity to connect with others and gain clarity of one’s life purpose.”

In addition to Dharma Circle, Healing Arts Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center offers functional medicine, holistic therapy, and overall wellness through their Boulder-based chiropractic wellness center. Led by Dr. Ruggiero, they are pain specialists that focus healing methods on the whole body.
