Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center ReceivesTwo Prestigious Industry Awards
DENVER (PRWEB) November 28, 2017 -- The staff of Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center has received two prestigious industry awards from major national meeting trade publications.
The 2017 Stella Award, presented by Northstar Meetings Group, publishers of Successful Meetings Magazine and Meetings and Conventions Magazine, spotlights hotels and suppliers that achieve excellence in a variety of areas. Hyatt Regency Denver received this award for Best Food and Beverage in the Southwest Region. The hotel was also one of three finalists in the category of Best On-Site Support Staff. After nominations closed in May, 2017, finalists in each category were determined by meeting planners during an open voting period. Winners were then selected by a panel of expert judges.
Adding to the list of recognitions, Hyatt Regency Denver is also the winner Smart Meetings Magazine’s 2017 Platinum Choice Award. Each year, this leading meeting magazine honors premier hotels, destinations and venues that demonstrate exemplary standards for extraordinary service and amenities. Recipients are nominated by industry professionals and reviewed by the Smart Meetings’ editorial team who selects the final honorees. This is the seventh time that Hyatt Regency Denver has received the Platinum Choice Award.
“To receive these recognitions in such a competitive environment calls out the work of Hyatt Regency Denver’s dedicated staff of professionals”, said Greg Leonard, General Manager. “We do not take these awards and the effort it takes to achieve them lightly and are grateful to the publications and their readers for these very important acknowledgements.”
