Zenitup's event seeks to raise money for young girls who have been exploited by human trafficking.

Zenitup, a contemporary, creative mindfulness meditation agency specializing in providing powerful tools and insights for corporations, organizations and individuals seeking greater focus, peace, intuition and compassion announced that they will be hosting an Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness class on November 30 at Shoppe561. The event, hosted by Tracy Stern Tea & Co., supports Hope House Florida and represents Zenitup’s Community Outreach mission to build pathways through the obstacles standing between ourselves and the various mindful practices which can help significantly ease anxiety, suffering and bring about greater self-awareness.

Regarding this event, the Founder of Zenitup, Joe Pregadio said, “From a Western perspective, meditation might seem like a new health fad. It appears to have all the qualities of one and questioning what meditation is, or why you should do it, could easily be overlooked from the angle of just doing it, or trying it, because it’s popular. My goal, expressed in this event, is to break through common meditation misconceptions, demonstrate how easy it is to learn, and explain some of the benefits that happen when you make meditation a daily practice.”

Zenitup's Community Outreach mission represents a commitment to expanding the short and long-term benefits of a meditation practice. Through these philanthropic efforts they are able to deliver power tools which support mindful solutions to create a better future for us all.
