Inspirus Names Terri Moore to Lead Human Resources and Culture

Terri Moore joins Inspirus, with more than 30 years of HR and Change Management experience, to help enhance and continue to engage its culture as the company accelerates its growth and leadership in the HCM industry.

Terri Moore joins Inspirus as senior vice president.

Inspirus, the leader in elevating employee experiences and optimizing organizational culture through people-focused SaaS technology and integrated solutions, announced today that Terri Moore is joining the Inspirus executive team as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Culture. Moore will provide strategic leadership and vision for the continued development, implementation and enhancement of Inspirus Human Resources functions while achieving operational goals and continuing to enhance the company culture.         

A former vice president of human resources for Dean Foods Company, Moore is a tenured human resources executive with 32 years of experience and an accomplished track record in developing and implementing people strategies and change management solutions. Her comprehensive business knowledge and significant field experience will be essential as she continues to evolve the Inspirus culture and further its vision to bring joy to work, one experience at a time.

In addition to a degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University, Moore has certifications in change and project management and various learning and development programs.
