"Thousands, if not millions, of people waste their chilled beverages each day because the drinks grow too warm to consume," said an inventor from Napa, Calif. "In order to keep chilled beverages ice cold, I designed an improved coaster."

He developed the COOL COASTER to keep a chilled beverage cold. The unit prevents the drink from growing tepid prematurely. This stops cold drinks from being wasted because they become lukewarm. It enables the user to consume a cold beverage at a leisurely pace. Additionally, the coaster features a distinctive design and is suitable for use with a wide variety of beverages, including any bottled or canned drink.

The original design was submitted to the Sacramento office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
