National Association of Professional Women Inducts Kimmy Jagnondon, Owner of Americas Quality Care Services, Inc., Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

Kimmy Jagnondon is the Owner of Americas Quality Care Services, a home-care services company that offers patients the opportunity to receive exceptional care by highly qualified professionals in the comfort of their own homes. The Florida-based company works with clients in the following areas: Broward County, Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines and Hallandale Beach.
In her role, Ms. Jagnondon manages the day-to-day operations of her business, including seeing that all patients are treated with respect and compassion. She instills in her staff the importance of maintaining an open dialog with family members to ensure patients and their families are satisfied with the care they are receiving. Ms. Jagnondon also insists all home healthcare workers receive the support, education and resources they need to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
During her ten years of working in the healthcare services industry, Ms. Jagnondon has honed her skills in psychology, psychiatric medicine, abandonment healing, motivational leadership and public speaking. In addition to her role at Americas Quality Care Services, she also works tirelessly to empower other women and to help those children who have been abandoned by a parent. She is the Founder of her own nonprofit, Chosen, But Not Forgotten, which she started to “help overcome the travesty of abandonment.”
