Pickup Truck Bed Weight for Improved Traction Invented (CCT-4046)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 29, 2017 -- PITTSBURGH...Even for larger vehicles like pickup trucks, vehicle handling can be hindered drastically during snowy or icy weather conditions. The loss of control of the vehicle, even for just a second, can result in tragedy. There is a need in today's automotive market for products that will help to prevent such tragedies.
An inventor from Prospect, Ohio, has invented THE EQUALIZER, a device designed specifically improve rear wheel traction of a pickup truck on slippery roads in the winter. "I grew tired of having to fill my truck bed with wood or other materials to weigh it down so it would not slide in the snow," said the inventor. "That method also left no extra room for groceries and other items, so I knew I needed a better solution."
THE EQUALIZER provides added downward force over the truck’s rear axle for improved handling and control and allows the driver to maintain traction and improve maneuverability during slippery conditions. Additionally, this invention is compact in size and doesn’t take up a lot of room in the truck bed, allowing the user to haul plenty of handing materials in addition to this invention. It can be removed in the spring.
Most importantly, this invention helps to prevent sliding and loss-of-control accidents and provides peace of mind for safety-conscious motorists. It also spares the driver the hassle and expense of being winched or pulled back onto the roadway.
