The Honey Pot Company Announces Crowd-Funding Campaign for All-Natural, Sustainable Tampon Launch
ATLANTA (PRWEB) November 28, 2017 -- The Honey Pot Company, the feminine care line of washes, wipes and pads, announces the launch of their new Indie GoGo crowdfunding campaign to support their all-natural, sustainable tampon launch. The line, which debuted nationally at Target this year, hopes to raise capital to fund their growth into the tampon category. The company’s philosophies regarding vaginal health, human rights and the importance of non-toxic personal care products drives every new product launch they conceive.
The brand hopes to raise $350,000 by spring 2018 to fund the production of their Organic Cotton Tampons, which will be available in regular, super and super plus, as well as a multi-pack featuring all three absorbencies. The Honey Pot Company plans to create safe tampons that are free from dioxins, fragrance and other toxic chemicals and made with one plant-based ingredient, organic cotton.
With the Feminine Hygiene Products Market expected to garner $42.7 billion by 2022, The Honey Pot Company was an early adapter in a burgeoning field. “It’s important to me to have a full line that women feel that they can trust for their bodies and that the purchasing process is a simple one,” says Beatrice Feliu-Espada, CEO and Founder of The Honey Pot Company. “If they currently use our washes and wipes and have success with them, it’s a no-brainer for them to trust our pads and soon-to-be tampons. Why should women have to shop with multiple brands when they have us?”
Currently, The Honey Pot Company offers a line of vaginal washes and wipes, which are available in 1000+ Target stores nationwide, Target.com and 36 Whole Foods locations in the United States. The brand was founded on the belief that all products should be free of chemicals, parabens, carcinogens and sulfates, and prides itself on consumer transparency.

About The Honey Pot Company: Born out of one woman's need to naturally heal herself, Beatrice became a woman on a mission, searching for natural remedies to help prevent unruly infections that interfered with her daily life. Rather than stay locked in a vicious cycle of taking antibiotics that would temporarily fight the infection only for it to reemerge later, Beatrice charged ahead and created The Honey Pot Feminine Wash - her very own natural healing aid.
The Honey Pot Company’s mission is to educate, support, and provide women around the world with the tools and resources that promote feminine health and wellness. They do this by engaging and empowering the women they serve, one healthy honey pot at a time. The Honey Pot Company donates a portion of their proceeds to the international non-profit AfriPads, whose mission it is to teach school age girls in Uganda how to manufacture menstrual kits in their own villages.
